Charles L. Ripper's Nature Books
Chuck Ripper is a wonderful wildlife artist who created eleven well-written, highly detailed, beautifully illustrated books for children in the 1960's. His children's books, with their lovely, clear, accurate black-and-white illustrations are well worth grabbing if you can find them.
If you see lots of books and similar items, you may also run across books illustrated for adults, prints, note cards and similar items.
Most, maybe all, of his work for adults is under the name "Chuck Ripper." His books for children always recorded this excellent artist and author as "Charles L. Ripper."
